‘HOW TO’ WORKSHOP – Answers to three BIG consulting questions – free, with strings attached
This is a ‘how to’ workshop for sole practitioners, and consultants who are involved in operating a boutique firm.
In this one-hour event, on Wednesday 18 December at 11 am, we will answer three BIG questions … how do I:
- Fend-off contractors from ‘eating my lunch’?
- Keep topical and maintain relevance as a consultant?
- Generate certainty and confidence in my consultancy business?
And we’ll aim to answer each question in 12 to 15 minutes … leaving us with up to 20 minutes for Q&A on these questions, and the others that you will undoubtedly raise.
This is a free, with strings attached, workshop – I will ask all attendees to make a banknote donation (so $5, $10, $20, $50, $100) for charity. And I will equally divide the total donation between Multiple Sclerosis Australia (I have a close family member with MS), McGrath Foundation (for family and friends with breast cancer) and Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia (for friends with prostate cancer).
I am using this one-off event to promote North Sydney’s first co-working initiative – Village North Sydney. Take a look now at the amazing opening offers which are valid through to end-December.
I look forward to you joining me at this great new venue. Book here through Eventbrite … there are only 24 places.
Reference stories
Here are my Reference Stories - I will be delighted to expand upon those which interest you.
About half of these stories are about Consultant Mentor clients.
The other stories are about project clients, ie a specific project was defined, agreed and then delivered. And my delivery approach is very much a mentoring influenced one.
